This research was carried out due to the lack of use varied teaching materials, causing a scientific literacy and problem-solving skills students in learning. study aims analyze design, validity, practicality, effectiveness project-based learning-based modules improve problem solving plant development materials. is using 4D model (Four D Model). The subjects this were material experts, media educators, third grade elementary school students.
